For the last five years I have been the associate director for Alaudin Ullah’s Dishwasher Dreams. We have performed the play all over the country, to universal acclaim.
About the Play: Embark on a journey of the American Dream with comedian Alaudin Ullah and tabla musician Avirodh Sharma. With hilarious, transformative monologues driven by a percussive heartbeat, this play brings to life the many different characters and immigration experiences from 1930s Bangladesh, to 1970s Spanish Harlem, and present-day Hollywood.
