Richard III

by William Shakespeare

The Theatre School, Chicago. February 2016.

Richard conspires, manipulates, and murders his way onto the English throne, making more than a few enemies along the way. Richard III is about justice usurped. We know he is bad, but we want to be with him so badly even though we know he will do us wrong. This Shakespearean classic explores the effects of morality, or lack thereof, in a political state.
